How would you like it if you didn’t have to wait in teller lines to do your routine banking transactions? Or, how would you like to call us and never have to wait on hold or receive a voice mailbox when you need to check the status of your account? Well, you can have it all. Simply by using the ACCESS24 Telephone Teller, your banking is quick, safe, convenient and EASY.

Here is a list of the types of transactions available on Access24:

  • Obtain Loan balances
  • Obtain Share balances
  • Hear which checks have cleared
  • Transfer money within your account or to another account *
  • Make a loan payment
  • Hear the most recent deposits and withdrawals
  • Get current or previous year tax information

Please remember to press the * key once to return to the previous menu.

Follow these EASY steps and make the most of ACCESS24:

  1. Pick up any touch-tone telephone
  2. Dial 846-1226 x241
  3. Enter 1 (for English) or Enter 2 (for Spanish)
  4. Enter 1 (for members)
  5. Enter your member (account) number and press the pound (#) key.
  6. Enter your password and then press the Pound (#) key.
  7. The Main Menu is:

* transferring money between suffixes is allowed. But, transferring between accounts requires the signatures of all primary and joint owners. A form is available from Member Services and is called a Non-Primary Linking Form.
